my Process:
It's not about the slides - It's about the story
We use a proprietary mix of Robert Cialdini’s psychology of persuasion, Story-Selling techniques, and theater-based delivery skills to communicate confidently and authentically and create a shared vision.
Content: Content comprises the facts, stats, and context of the data. This is often where most presentations get stuck. But combining this with engaging stories and impactful delivery gives the presenter confidence and clarity.
Story: This is the vehicle that delivers the content in a way we’re wired to hear. Good stories release a D.O.S.E. of brain chemicals. (Dopamine, Oxytocin, serotonin, and Endorphins.) 55% of consumers are more likely to remember a story than a list of facts. 68% of consumers say that brand stories influence their purchasing decisions. Companies with compelling brand stories have a 20% increase in customer loyalty.
Delivery: Presentations are trying to achieve one of four objectives: Persuade, Influence, Inspire, Educate. The best presentations are trying to do all four. This is also where most presentations fall prey to death by PPT. This is why we concentrate not just on content but make sure that content is delivered with confidence and authenticity, so the audience feels connected to the presenter.
